In the summer its important to stay cool. Here's how you can keep body and emotions cool:
Drinks: freshly made sweet fruit juices of apple, watermelon, pear, mango, and especially pomegranate.
Foods: Milk, rice, wheat, sugar, rose preserve and ice cream are sweet and thus cooling to the physiology.
Activities: affection, playfulness, humor, going for a swim, enjoying evening moonlight.
